Prices

All prices are stated in CHF (Swiss Francs) and are exempt from VAT.

Packaging & Shipping Costs

Packaging and shipping costs are not included in the sale price. These vary depending on the size of the artwork and the delivery location. A separate invoice for these costs will be issued a few days after the order is placed.

Delivery

Shipping will be initiated upon receipt of payment. Shipping costs will be communicated transparently in advance.

 

 

Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted in writing immediately upon receipt of the artwork.

 

Right of return

Returns in perfect condition are accepted within 10 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The purchase price, minus shipping costs, will be refunded.

 

Data Protection

Customer data will be treated confidentially in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation, used solely for business processing, and will not be disclosed to third parties.

 

Applicable Law, Place of Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
